What sizes are available from NATUREZZA?
Most models are available in sizes 33 to 39 (Brazilian standard). However, some go up to 40 (Brazilian standard).

Can I buy online?
The NATUREZZA brand does not have a virtual store. But you can find this product line in the main Brazilian multi-brand stores.
I was given shoes that did not fit. Can I exchange them in any store?
Each store has its own policy; therefore, not all of them accept exchanging products purchased at other locations. Despite being a common practice among store owners, exchanging products between different points of sale is not required by law. We suggest that you take your product and proof of purchase to the store where the product was bought.
My shoes have a problem. What should I do?
This procedure may take up to 30 days and must be performed in the store where the product was purchased. Along with the product you will need to show you invoice or proof of purchase. All replacements, when necessary, are carried out through the store. In case the product complies with the specifications provided for in the consumer defense code, the store arranges for a technical analysis to be performed, Once the manufacturing defect is proven, the store exchanges it for another that is equal or similar to it.
